Our professional, courteous staff invite you to enjoy a unique dining experience at the new Bayou Smokehouse & Grill. Our management staff has over 36 combined years of food service expertise, and would be happy to help you plan your next Special Event. We are experienced, and comfortable, in producing events serving up to 4000 guests.
The Bayou Smokehouse & Grill features Authentic Home-style Cuisine offered on an extensive menu especially designed by the restaurant's Texas and Louisiana owners. Enjoy house favorites such as Chicken-Fried Steak with Cream Gravy, Po' Boys, Etouffees, Creoles, Gumbo or Shrimp Remoulade with Fried Green Tomatoes. Or, savor items smoked in-house like Ribs (Whole or Half Rack), Smoked Sausage or REAL Texas-style Beef BBQ: the Bayou's own Smoked Beef Brisket, served with our Molasses & Worchestershire based BBQ Sauce. Other menu items include Hand-cut Steaks, Almond Trout, Burgers & Sandwiches.
