The Mack Brown service professionals are some of the very best. John Edwards has managed the Mack Brown Service Department for almost a decade. He and his staff are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Rex Reynolds is a Mack Brown Service Advisor and Leslie Gentry is in charge of warranty coverage, rentals, and leasing.
All of the Mack Brown Service Technicians are G.M. and ASE certified and many are Master Technicians. The Mack Brown Service Department works on both foreign and domestics. Appointments are not required but probably a good idea during the summer months. The Service Department is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (closed on Saturday and Sunday).
